My fitness routine began in a small club near Viale dei Campioni in Rome. It was not perfect, but it was accessible, affordable, and it helped me build consistency.
After that place closed, I noticed how quickly the fitness scene in Italy was evolving. New clubs opened, new concepts appeared, and marketing became louder than real member experience.
I started trying different gyms and classes, keeping notes after every visit. Over time those notes turned into this website, built to help others make clearer choices.
